Drum Scans
Drum scans are available at resolutions up to 8000 dpi. Drum scans are oil mounted, scanned in 16 bit color, meticulously inspected and cleaned for superior results. Available from 35mm slides and negatives up to 8×10 inch sheet film. (When ordering scans from negatives always supply an accurate photo print as a guide.) We are also able to supply grayscale and CMYK scans on request. NOTE: We scan, work, and print in an ICC compliant environmnet. Our scanning is oriented toward full color photographic and wide gamut inkjet printing and is not press-ready as in a typical “pre-press” scan. When ordering scans without prints we highly recommend purchasing a Match Print. Scans are saved to CD or DVD.
