Q: How do I have to submit files to receive the “Ready to Print” price?
A: The Ready-to-Print price (aka “No Touch” or Level 2) Pricing requires that files be submitted per the Level 2 protocol which can be downloaded here.   [Ready to Print or Level 2 Protocol]

Q: What is the difference between Exhibition, Standard and Level 2 print services?
A: Not all print services have all three options. Exhibition print services include some of our expert care in judging color and density. we also size the print to order and apply the appropriate color profile and we then provide you with a proof before printing your final print at size.   Standard Service is much like the Exhibition level, but does not include a proof print. LEVEL 2 Discounted First Print price for reorders from files that have been prepared, printed and archived at Photo Craft. LEVEL 2 price is also available for files that are submitted as “readyto-print”. [See our info sheets on setting up files for “ready-to-print” LEVEL 2] Customer accepts full responsibility for results when submitting files as “ready-to-print”. LEVEL 2 price does not include any proofs or adjustments. [Ready to Print or Level 2 Protocol]
