Q: How do I have to submit files to receive the “Ready to Print” price?
A: The Ready-to-Print price (aka “No Touch” or Level 2) Pricing requires that files be submitted per the Level 2 protocol which can be downloaded here.       [ Ready to Print or Level 2 Protocol ]

Q: Can I download Photo Craft’s printer profiles?
A: Printer profiles for the LightJet are available.   [Printer Profiles - click here] 

Q: Can I still get E6 processing.
A: Yes. We no longer process E6 film in-house, however we have a very reliable source that is still using a Refrema dip & dunk processor and has been processing E6 for many decades.  [ Click here for the standard E6 order form. ]
